Family Friendly Great, easy trails with lots to see. Look for the alligators in the several lakes around the park. A very popular fishing area.

Description

Though there's no parking lot or pullover at the head of this trail, but you can walk or ride down Eisenhower Pkwy. to catch either end of the trail. Look for either of the short walking bridges over the roadside drainage ditch to find the start and end of this trail.

This is a meandering, but short, scenic trail with lots of vegetation to look at and one can usually scare up a squirrel or two and many other small critters as you round any of the many turns along the trail. This trail does overlap both the San Jacinto Loop Trail and the Palmetto Trail making it easy to add some extra mileage to your hike or ride if you're feeling energetic.
