Family Friendly The trails in the area are being bench cut to provide lower angle, wide trails suitable for beginner/intermediate riders, which is perfect for the kids.

Description

Take the rightmost trail immediately from the canal bridge. This is a wide, low-angle trail that is friendly to everyone with some lung and leg power. It climbs almost 300 feet to the top of the ridge in front of you.

From the top, you have options. Go for the goods on Final Approach, Johnny's G's or Oly's, but hang out for the scenery. You'll be at the top of the ridgeline, and views unfold in almost every direction.

This trail was built by Trail Source and opened on 10-5-2015.

The climbing trail is on the left and the flow trail (still under construction) is on the right. You have a stunning 360 degree view from the top of this ridgeline.

The scenery is great in all directions, but you probably won't even notice it through the tears in your eyes. (This berm has been super-sized since this photo was taken).

The trail is meticulously carved into wide open, perfectly angled ridgeline.

You get a 360 degree view from the very top. Hey, if this little guy can climb it, so can you.

Heart mountain, your northern arrow, looms on the horizon as you look back down from where you just climbed.
