From the main parking lot off of Huguenot Rd., enter the trailhead at the Larus Park entrance sign. Proceed along the main trail to reach the stone bridge crossing the creek.

There are a couple of side trails off the main trail before the stone bridge that are rideable as well. The longest side trail, Wukong's Path - Western Loop, is the first on the left less than a half-mile in from the trail entrance.

After crossing the stone bridge, the main trail forks, branching east towards Chippenham Parkway and northwest towards Stony Point Road. If heading east first, the trail runs along the creek until it reaches a staircase. Go down the left side of the staircase and through the tunnel under Chippenham Parkway. Pass through the clearing and back into the woods. Follow the trail until it reaches the intersection of Old Holly and Beechmont Road.
