Description

This road is primarily used to access the parking lot and trailhead for BLM Route 8283, which leads to the Forest Hollow Trail. While the road is primarily on BLM land, note that it does travel through some areas of private land above this trailhead.

While riding all the way to the far west end of the road might make for a good training ride with some stellar views back to the south, you'd be missing out on the singletrack of the Forest Hollow Trail.

All clear coming from the south via Red Canon till you reach the summit. Still completely snow packed, 6" at least.
