Description

Accessed from Windmill Road, This trail is a nice moderate 5-mile climb to some breathtaking views from Plutonium Ridge. Fun ridden either Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise (although most seem to ride it clockwise). From the ridge you can look forward to a 5-mile descent! Look out for low hanging Joshua Trees along the trail, and be prepared to DUCK!

Rode clockwise lots of fun. More beginner than intermediate but stamina and water are required 12.8mi — 1h 43m

Plutonium much easier and better marked than Storm trail. Real fun, camping, cool spot! 8.8mi

Great trail. Thin single trail through spiky plants makes for fun ride as beginner or intermediate. Met land owner, very passionate man about biking!
