Description

The isolated Marshall Beach Trail is a wide farm road passing through a scrubby, open cattle grazing area. This trail starts out level but eventually turns gently downhill as views of Tomales Bay open up.

The descent to the crescent beach will not be suitable for most bikers. The beach, with coarse white sand lapped by calm blue bay waters, is never crowded. Swimming is possible here and kayakers often visit this beach.
