Description

Starting at the Millwood OHV Staging area you'll climb Abbot Creek Road (aka Forest Rte 13S58) to 4 Corners. At first the ascent is easy, but it gets more challenging the closer you get and with about 2 miles to go, it punches up. There are lots of great views looking West down towards the Fresno area. Look up to granite faces of the Verplank Ridge. You'll pass a campsite giving the road its name, right around where the grade picks up.

Four Corners is a great spot to hear the 'roar' of the forest.
