Description

A scenic canal towpath filled with Historical sites and informational plagues. A great way to get in a quick spin with the family or for a flat (rare in Reading, PA) recovery ride.

The path is primarily fine crushed gravel.

The Gring's Mill Bridge and Red Covered Bridges are common stops for tourists and great for pictures.

Bring a few dollars and treat yourself to some snacks at the Gring's Mill snack bar.
