Description

Boyd Pond is a challenging ride. To get as much mileage as possible on a small piece of land, the trail is very tight and twisty, with lots of switchbacks to fold the trail back onto itself almost. There are also plenty of steep short climbs immediately after those switchbacks. The trail is very sandy and drains well after a rain.

Great trail after a rain. It's peaceful and not crowded. Some challenging root sections.

Lots of turns, loose sand, and pine needles. Good fun alternative but FATS is better for this area. 7.7mi — 1h 21m
