Description

It seems clockwise is the best direction to go. From the parking lot you can access the trail in many ways. Just go to main sign and behind you'll see the main trail-head. About 20 yards behind that take a left on the trail for the fun to begin.

Be aware that this trail can get muddy and stay muddy for a long time after rain.

There are a lot of other trails in this park. The Southside Loop runs the perimeter and is the longest. It is a lot of fun but has a lot of roots. Some touch technical climbs and rough downhills. However there are also some really flat fast sections that are a blast also.

It's a big loop which is nice if you like to time and compete against yourself.

In the Upstate of SC it offers something different from Paris Mountain, Issaqueena and Dupont. If you have ridden all of these and not the Croft you should give it a try.
