Although the trail is basically flat through this flood plain area, there are a couple opportunities to catch some air if you play it right.
Late May into June the trail winds through an awe inspiring sea of bluebells. No matter the intensity with which you are riding through The Bottoms, the beauty and expanse of the bluebells will capture your attention.
When the Cedar River floods, it covers this trail. It also tends to be more wet than the rest of the trails following a rain.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
