A very nice doubletrack with just enough roots to keep riders interested.

Description

This trail meanders through the woods, climbing gently over a fairly smooth trail surface. There are some roots and rocks here and there to remind you it's a mountain bike ride, but it's pretty mellow overall.

Almost the entire trail is in the trees making it a nice shady climb on hot summer days. This has to be WPs most beautiful trail and is very popular with hikers and dog walkers, on and off leash.

This is a premier winter fat bike singletrack trail along with adjoining Little Vasquez and makes a fun loop with Tunnel Hill as a connector. It's kept well packed by snowmobile traffic. Awesome fun and close to town.

The difficulty rating for Blue Sky and some other trails (Howler) show what I would call "difficulty creep". Trails usually are tougher than rated.
