One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.

Overview

Combining two great parks for long downhills and tech.

Description

Start from the newer parking lot near the HP building off of Ute Vally Trail, off of Rockrimmon. You could also start this loop by riding to the starting point off of East Loop Trail (Black).

The service trail from the parking lot will dead end on Black, take a right to start It will have some tight, loose turns to start. Once it opens up, you'll come to an armored drainage crossing at mile 0.2 on your left. Take East Loop Connector across, then climb to the right towards the dirt road (Ute Valley Regional Trail, South). You'll cross over at mile 0.3 onto Yucca Path.

The trail will split at a narrow, rock feature. It's faster to stay left to climb around it, but if your feeling strong, go for it.

Keep climbing up Yucca Path towards the Rockrimmon trailhead. Keep in mind, there are a lot of social trails to the right. You're next intersection is at mile 0.6, stay straight on Yucca Path.

At mile 0.9, you'll come to the Waterfall Intersection, you're going to stay straight on Yucca Path (green). Start a punchy climb onto doubletrack. Now's a time to grab a drink as you rocket towards the north corner of the park.

As you get close to the Rockrimmon trailhead at mile 1.5, there's a lot of intersections. Stay straight to cross over the new doubletrack path, then angle left onto Ute Valley Park to meet up with Ute Valley Regional Trail, North Section and take the right. Keep your speed up!

Mile 1.8 will have you near Rockrimmon Blvd, stay on the singletrack trail to the left that climbs above the retaining wall (UV Connector). This will put you above a cool feature near the Ute Valley sign. You're expected to ride this. Anyone can ride sidewalk.

At mile 2, hit the crosswalk to start climbing Centennial towards Blodgett Open Space.

Mile 2.6 will have you leave Centennial to a local trail behind the saftey wall. It's steep at first and watch the arroyos! This lasts half a mile to 3.1 when you descend back to Centennial.

With the new construction at the Quarry, we're going to have a new climbing trail for you instead of Red Squirrel. At the intersection of Centennial and Orchard Valley, look left to cross over onto West Woodman, roughly mile 3.2.

You'll initially climb to the parking lot, stay left to stay on the new trail. Mile 3.4 will have you take a left onto a parallet trail. If you miss this turn, you'll climb up a loose, steep washout to a power line.Take the left, then immediate right

Mile 3.6, take the right into the neighborhood, then a left onto Hollandale Dr. Look for Front Royal Dr on your right, take it then the next right onto Coldwater Dr. at mile 3.7. This will dead end a some new trails as well as the end for Lean Left on Strava. Take the new climbing trail and settle in as you'll be pushing for a bit.

At mile 5, you'll reach an intersection, stay straight over the doubletrack to connect to West Woodman. Take the hard left at mile 5.1 to keep climbing.

Stay right at mile 5.3 to keep climbing. Then right again at mile 5.5. You'll have a nice descent for a tenth of a mile, don't upshift. There is a blind left turn onto Douglas Fir at mile 5.6. Keep climbing!

Stay straight at mile 5.8. At mile 6, you'll reach a clearing with Fencline on your left. A lot of people stop here, so it's very impacted. Enjoy this fun descent with awesome views of the springs. **Not recommended in the early AM**

Mile 7 has you taking a left as the old Fenceline is under construction (as of Apr 2026). So take Lean Left (Coldwater Dr. Connector) back to the neighboor hood to detour around. At Front Royal Dr., take a right to descend towards Allegeny Dr., take the right.

Rejoin the normal descent to your left at mile 7.3 onto Pumped Up Kicks with a small jump park. The last jump will have a steep descent, stay straight to stay on trail.

At mile 7.5, angle left to a parallel trail off the ridge that will have more jumps! It rejoins at mile 7.7 with a rocky feature over a drainage, then drops right behind a house. This will open
