I have combined Rampage and the lower half of Ravine into one continuous 'downhill' route, since these days the upper portion of Ravine is very washed out and overgrown, and blocked with fallen trees, which currently requires some creative route deviation and hike-a-bike.

I have also rated this trail Black (as per the criteria) since there are a number of more challenging technical sections in the bottom half, once you enter the Ravine - including a mandatory gap jump (see below) and some narrow wooden bridges.

Starting at the top of the hill with Rampage, you get a fast flowing 'blue' trail with great views and some optional rock-roll, drop and jump features, before crossing over the main Ridgeline Trail access road - where you then drop sharply and steeply downhill on a narrow singletrack into the lower section of Ravine.

Ravine is where the route gets a lot more challenging - narrow and off camber in places, before reaching the bottom of the ravine and criss-crossing the washed-out creek via a number of lip jumps that cross the creek bed...

Note that most jumps have a bypass a short way to the left or right of the main trail, only one is a mandatory gap jump -*although you can always dismount and step-jump across the narrow ravine carrying your bike.

After this mandatory gap there are a pair of wooden bridges (which appear rickety, but still seem to be sound enough for now) or an alternative high-line wall-ride to bypass them both, before you re-enter the creek bed and follow that for the remainder of the route - other than a short uphill pedal out of the gully to finish at the park gate with Ridgeline Trail and Lake View Trail .
