Overview
This route is perfect for beginner-intermediate riders who will have the opportunity to go through some mellow climbs and descents, such as Flow Connection and Greenway, as well as some steeper ones, such as Flow Return, Flow Trail, and Fenceline. You'll also find some beginner-intermediate technical sections, especially along Jen's Loop, and small sections on Flow Return.
Description
Begin by taking the Flow Connection trail. This is a relatively mellow climb with some steeper sections. Next, take the Flow Return trail which takes you up to the beginning of the Flow Trail. This climb is harder than the previous Flow Connection trail and can have you huffing and puffing as a beginner/intermediate.
Then, descend the super fun Flow trail, with the option to take easier intermediate paths or harder black sections. Once back to the bottom of the Flow trail, take Jen's Loop, a chunky intermediate trail that is a fun challenge for beginners, with some steep leg-burning sections. Moving forward, Jen's loop takes you to the start of Fencline, my personal favorite trail in the entire loop. This is mostly a descending trail with some nice small/small-medium jumps and drops, with a switch back and a small climb at the end.
Lastly, this leads to the second half of Greenway, a super mellow, relatively flat beginner's trail, providing a great way to cool down as you head back to the overflow mountain biking parking lot.
