The new Pedernales Falls State Park singletrack loop, constructed by the Austin Ridge Riders.

Features -none-

You must enter park (requires day fee) in order to ride trails.

Description

This is an enjoyable loop through the woods of the State Park with several good views. Constructed mainly on a ridge line, there is little elevation change, but riding on the rock surface requires some skill and a lot of attention. Many more technical sections also have an easier but longer line around them. The trail crosses a public road twice, so be alert for traffic.

good ride, nothing really technical other than navigating rock gardens. No big drops or steps to climb, mixed in with fast singletrack flowing sections. Makes for a good afternoon ride or a fun weekend ride. Oct 31, 2018
