Truetown is a thrill-packed trail that rockets down to Big Bailey Run Road. This trail name comes from Truetown, a town located near Millfield. Truetown was named after Josiah and Almira True, early settlers in the area. Filled with berms and jumps, Truetown will test one's skills on the ground and in the air.

The Baileys Trail System is composed of purpose-built mountain bike trails that can also accommodate other human-powered uses such as hiking, backpacking, and trail running.
