Need to Know

At the north/campground end, be aware that the main road through the campground is one way [clockwise] at this point, but there is a short singletrack entrance/exit to the trail itself just to the right of the gravel road which has a No Entry sign, and runs alongside for a short distance until it turns to the wider main Lower San Filipe trail.

Description

The trail surface is well maintained and the track wide enough to pass other users easily. Do watch for wild boar who seem to congregate in the woodland on either side of the trail.

The trail undulates along its length but is mainly pretty level overall, and easy to pedal.
