Description
This trail starts on
Creek Crossing Trail, after a steep downhill, to the left. There is a sign.
This trail is very, very steep, with the right edge through some trees plunging down to Mill Branch. The terrain has some roots, and is a singletrack trail. At the bottom of the ridge is a bridge going over Mill Branch. Right after is a short break-off to the right that will take you to Mill Branch Falls, a really cool spot.
Then jump back on and go up a small hill. At the top is the end. Go right on
Beckley Mill Trail to see Alfred Beckley Mill Ruins down a wide hill, or go right on
Beckley Mill Trail to climb out. I do not suggest going down Beckley Mill and going up Mill Branch. Use Mill Branch to go down and Beckley Mill to go up, or just use
Beckley Mill Trail.
Be careful, but have loads of fun on the craziest downhill in Piney Creek Trail System!
