Description
To access this trail, you'll need to go down
Rock Ridge Trail. Wooded signs mark the start and end. You can run this trail either way.
This trail starts out with some great singletrack through a really cool tree grove, going mostly at a downhill angle. Eventually, you'll get to a wider big downhill, pretty much gravel. At the bottom of the hill is access to
Mill Branch Trail, which will take you to the mill site. Turn right to continue on Creek Crossing.
After this is the crossing at the creek. Great to ride over, but if necessary, it is very shallow and easy to walk over. They are currently working on a bridge next to the trail, but it has just been started.
Next is another wide big uphill.Once at the top, you'll ride on some slightly grassy trail. Up ahead is the Mill Connector to the
Beckley Mill Trail, which will also take you to the mill site. Once again, stay right to continue on. Some more nice singletrack will take you to the
Rock Ridge Trail.
The trails here are kept in good condition, thanks to Piney Creek Watershed Association. Have fun!
