Hop on the paved trail near the parking lot and head north until you see the trailhead on the edge of the forest.

Description

This trail is mostly flat and flowy. Great for practicing quick turns or warming up for the Emerald Trail. The Charcoal Trail was separated from the Emerald Trail by the Land Manager.
