Need to Know

This trail isn't very steep but it is super technical. Less experienced riders will dismount a lot.

Description

This is a very technical singletrack. Starts out easy, moving slowly up. When the canyon narrows, the trail begins to cross the creek frequently. Creek crossings sometimes have a bridge but mostly are fords.

The trail traverses boulder fields in lengthy stretches. After you cross the first foot bridge, life gets slightly easier. About halfway, the trail breaks away from the creek up into a forested area for a short time. Keep going, you're almost there, and the trail gets easier the closer you get to the end.

This is the trail you'd think about trying out if you wanted Moab but didn't want to leave Idaho. Not a good trail for a first date (neither was Rocky Tops...).
