Description

New trail with construction beginning in 2019, offering another major connector but at a higher elevation than the Mid Mountain Trail. Connects Empire Pass with Bonanza, but also provides access to Black Forest, Dead Tree Trail and Apex Trail.

Higher elevation makes it much cooler in the summer months but is late to open in the Spring, and will be the first to get snow and close down in the fall.

The trail features flowing singletrack, but passes through rugged rock screens with some very exposed sections.
