This course combines doubletrack & singletrack climbs to creating some great passing opportunities. Combined with bits of the most fun downhill at Solitude like Kruzer & Serenity.
Start head-up the catshop service road, a wide graveled doubletrack to Last Chance Mine Camp, then hang a right up the short paved section. At the second bend, turn right and head down singletrack on Down & Out
. At the bottom of Down & Out
, use a footpath to traverse around the Moonbeam lodge lawn and pass the Moonbeam chairlift until popping out on the Parking Lot Connector
, which parallels the parking lot and takes us west to the start of Queen Bess Connector
Climb the Queen Bess Connector
doubletrack until we turn left on Queen Bess
which will take all the way to the top. Note, at the 4-way intersection (Queen Bess
& Upper Serenity
) stay right and continue up Queen Bess
. At the top of Queen Bess
continue down the singletrack onto the Raptor Road
where you'll stay right and head to the Round House day lodge, then cross on the service road. Staying on the service road for approx 1/2-mile, turn left and down onto Lower Krzer. Stay straight on Lower Krzer taking us up a little hill before turning right and following Lower Krzer down across the stream. Stay heading on Lower Krzer through the meadow and forested area of the frisbee golf course. At the bottom of the berm zone, go LEFT on Lookout Point back to Raptor Road
Once out on Raptor Road
we'll go left and head up another mile or so to reach the entrance of Upper Serenity
. Take Upper Serenity
to the 4-way intersection then make a tight right down, continuing on Upper Serenity
. Take Upper Serenity
and cross through the 4-way and onto Lower Serenity
all the way to the bottom where it intersects with the Parking Lot Connector
where you'll turn right and head up Parking Lot Connector
for the finish at the bottom of the Moonbeam chairlift.

This is a great 1 lap course we've traditionally used for our last race to provide an ALL-OUT rally op with no division-cross-up & to provide a faster finish allowing time to calculate final series results & announce all awards.
