Overview

Little bit technical, little bit flowy, little bit jumpy, and 100 percent fun.

Need to Know

Right next to Seven Falls and the Broadmoor Hotel, both great tourist spots.

Description

Start out in the parking lot and go about 0.25 miles on the road heading south. Turn left on Hill Dr and go straight for a little to the other parking lot.

From there, it is mostly uphill all the way to the Chutes trail followed by quite a bit of down hill. There is about 850 ft of elevation gain on this 8.5-mile loop.

History & Background

This was a Front Rangers Jr cycling ride at Cheyenne Mountain - had lots of fun so I thought I would share it.

Beautiful climb to 6919 ft of altitude and then a fantastic chutes decent.

We took advantage of a nice day and climbed Chamberlin-Chutes-Gold Camp Road to about the 10 mile point. Sadly my camera died for the downhill on Chutes.
