Mayor's Hot Tub starts off of Fordtown Road with a short rock garden section shortly before a extremely off camber, rock roll corner that is extremely difficult to ride cleanly. After a short climb the trail ends in a short downhill segment before the intersection with Far East. A small loop can be made with this trail, Burnett Ridge Road, Fordtown Road and the main downhill section of Far East or it can be used as an alternate route in lieu of climbing the steep section of Far East on the way back to Transfarm.
