Description

Cooper Creek Road is a wide gravel road with gentle grades suitable for passenger cars. It's fairly remote though so it seems to get very little traffic and the ride is very peaceful with Cooper Creek following a good bit of its distance.

This makes a nice, easy forest road loop with Duncan Ridge Road (FS 39). On the west side it becomes the paved county Cavender Gap Road. It takes you almost all the way to a secluded valley where a short ride on GA 60 takes you to Gaddistown Road FS15, which heads over towards Bull Mountain. The eastern terminus is at GA180 near Lake Winfield Scott where there is a campground.
