Need to Know

This is a popular trail for the local community. Be aware of pedestrians and other cyclists. This is a metro park— only on the clearly marked trails.

Description

This trail features a 100% paved path with a couple of mulched side trails. The first side trail leads to the 5th largest tree in Ohio, the next to a small water fall.

While it is more common to see road bikes at this park, it may be a perfect starting point to take beginner riders or to just train your endurance.

The trailhead launches into a steep hill that take a 90 degree bend and must be taken with caution. A brake check before descending the hill is recommend.

There are many places to stop and look at the natural wetlands and wildlife. Deer can be seen throughout the year.
