There are no trash cans or bathrooms on site. Please pack out what you pack in. The closest amenities are about 1 mile away at Pinnacle Mountain State Park. The parking area is small (~10 cars) and parking is not allowed outside the parking area. The automatic gate opens just before sunrise, and closes just after.

There is a wet weather closure plan implemented at Rattlesnake Ridge. During inclement weather, check the Rattlesnake Ridge Trail Information page for the latest conditions or closures. Group rides and volunteer events will also be posted there.

This is no longer Upper Cliffbrake. We have rerouted Cliffbrake to continue west following what was previously Diamondback and up to the east summit on a new section of trail. The new route will reduce social trails that trespass onto neighboring private property, and create new connections into the South Lake Trails to the north for mountain bikes, which I will be adding shortly. This trail is now signed as the Upper Climbing Access and is for hikers only. Description should read as follows: The Upper Climbing Access trail is a hiking only trail that takes you to the "West Pinn" climbing area at Rattlesnake Ridge.
