Description

The trail runs from Clear Creek Trail to Standley Lake, through Westminster. Heading northwest from Clear Creek Trail, it is mainly suburban greenway as it passes through neighborhoods and the Westminster RTD rail station. As it approaches Standley Lake, several sections devolve to low traffic residential streets, and the routing becomes somewhat convoluted before hitting the gravel paths at Standley Lake. It is useful for for connecting Big Dry Creek Trail and Farmers Highline Canal Trail systems with South Platte River Trail to make longer loops in the northwest suburbs and to Denver.
