“This easy trail snakes through close to 12 miles from Standley Lake Regional Park to I-25 near Thorn Creek.”
— Dan Hart
Wide, smooth paths. Many joggers, people with dogs, kids in strollers, and on family bike rides. Good trail for exercise.
Open year round.
This is an easy trail that is mostly doubletrack, with some pavement and some gravel and a little singletrack. It crosses through and near lots of city open space with nice views along the way. Overall, it's well-maintained and marked, and passable most of the year though there can be lots of foot traffic. Additionally, there are lots of spurs into the regional trail system, Westminster neighborhoods, and other city paths with numerous places to park along the trail.
