Description

This is an easy trail that is mostly doubletrack, with some pavement and some gravel and a little singletrack. It crosses through and near lots of city open space with nice views along the way. Overall, it's well-maintained and marked, and passable most of the year though there can be lots of foot traffic. Additionally, there are lots of spurs into the regional trail system, Westminster neighborhoods, and other city paths with numerous places to park along the trail.

See the Westminster web paget for more description, maps, and photos.

This is my no means a bad trail, but it also by no means a mountain bike trail. With the exception of the first mile, the entire trail is paved. There are plenty of little offshoots and spurs that can lead you to single track, but the trail itself is paved nearly the whole way. This is a great trail for a weekend afternoon with the family, but if you're looking to shred it with the homies, you'll be let down. Nov 3, 2018
