This trail recently opened by Volusia County is part of the Spring-to-Spring Trail. It’s an out-and-back for now and will be part of the greater Volusia County Trail as more is built. There’s a fair amount of construction now but the roads are paved and there are benches along the way to rest. Wildlife viewings are possible but we saw only birds and squirrels. There were others biking, jogging, or hiking the trail as well. There’s a parking lot toward the north end of the trail near Blue Springs.
