Need to Know

While not mandatory, this trail is only enjoyably ridden downhill. It is best to shuttle or loop from CR375.

Description

With over 6 miles of of flow and hard technical moves, Vitamin B is quite simply one of the best trails I have ever ridden. In fact, if some evil spell was cast on me, and I was only allowed to ride one trail every day for the rest of my life, it just might be it. That being said, the Vitamin B isn't for the faint of heart. It weaves in and among the granite outcroppings that litter the Fourmile area. To try to explain all of the features on this trail would be wonderful, but it would take far too long, but you can expect granite slabs, ledge drops, and segments of fast flow followed by slow tech. For expert riders, this trail has it all!

As a novice , I chose to go in reverse. Carrying my bike through all the technical and enjoying the dirt when I could find it. Was a great workout 12.9mi — 2h 30m

This is an extremely advanced trail. You'll injure yourself if you do not take it very seriously. Very well built and very fun. 6.3mi — 2h 05m

Can't get into this thing. Way too much slow jank, forced through the tightest most awkward gaps. Overhyped. Also the Jeep road climb sucks.
