Description

This road starts on the outskirts of Santa Cristina and climbs steadily towards the Rifugio Firenze (mountain hut). The first third of the trail is paved as it passes beneath the Col Rasier lift.

After it leaves the lift line it turns to gravel, but it continues its steady march up the mountain. It passes into a forest and past a couple of mountain ponds.
