DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multi-use, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and other cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close during extended periods of freeze/thaw during the winter.

Description

White Pine Road starts at the intersection with Buck Forest Road and Thomas Cemetery Road. Its is a fire road that can be used to connect to the top of Ridgeline by either taking Hooker Creek or Hickory Mountain Road.
