Overview

The Kings Beach Short Loop is a mix of doubletrack and singletrack through big pine forest. The loop can be extended to include other trails that intersect the route along the way.

Description

Start at the small trailhead and kiosk and pedal up the road to OHV Route #18E18F. Bear right here, up a rocky singletrack trail that climbs steadily with some very steep sections. Continue onto the Beaver Street Extension (16N86) doubletrack and then turn left at Rise and Shine Downhill (#18E18), which is a fun singletrack with lots of fun and flow. At the bottom of the route, look for a left turn on #18E18B and then left again on the #16N87 fire road. This will take you back to the beginning of the ride.
