Like all Lake Pueblo trails, the BLM does not allow any modifications to the trail system—not a single rock or scoop of dirt. Only trash and weed removal is allowed. Please don't risk a trail system closure to build a jump or other feature.

Description

This trail is named for the trail builder who finished it, rode it first, then broke his hip. The short amount of tech and lengthy flow section make this a very popular way down to South Shore. With little hike-a-bike and less climbing, even a beginner will enjoy this descent. The brief tech is the only reason this is not a green-rated trail.
