Strada val'Anna is a little used paved road that begins near the lower station for the Seceda lift. If you're doing the Unter den Geislern descent from the top of the lift, this is the last segment that will take you into the center of Ortisei.
Alternatively, if you really like climbing, you can use this road to start your climb all the way up to the top of the mountain at the upper Seceda lift station.
