A great trail in either direction and maybe the best way to climb up to the Ridge.

Description [Suggest Changes]

From Powerline, head east passing directly under a large transmission tower before entering the woods. Rooty singletrack with a surprise sharp off-camber turn takes you to a creek crossing and a climb up to East Shore. Go straight at the junction down a steep but smooth descent, cross a small bridge then carry your speed for a short step just after crossing East Shore (which is doubletrack at this point).

Wind your way up the hill with a few steep sections. Stay left at the intersection with East Ridge and finish the climb to the ridge with the steepest section. Rides great in both directions.
