Description

The Green Trail is a shared-use wide doubletrack through open woods and mountain laurel thickets. There are some flatter sections which can stay wet for several days after rain, depending on the time of the year. The southeast end has a nice overlook.

While the trails at Jug Bay Natural Area aren't very busy, they are shared-use, and there will occasionally be equestrians and hikers, so be aware.
