The Mountain Orchard Trail is a short sampler that showcases what the rest of the trails at Mint Springs are all about. There are some steep climbs, difficult roots, and a few rock gardens. Beginners might need to walk a few little bits but I wouldn't discourage anyone from riding this trail.
