Description

The staging area is behind the Elworthy development off of San Ramon Valley Rd south of Danville. Enter the development and wind around to the back. Go up a steep entrance road to the parking lot for the Elworthy Staging Area.

This trail is an impossibly steep fire road that pretty much goes straight up the fall line until it dead ends into the Las Trampas Ridge Trail - South.
