Description

Starting from Old Briones Road Trail, near some corrals, pass through the gate and follow the trail through a flat, open pasture. Expect some cows to be grazing on or near the trail as it passes through a narrow valley.

Flat most of the way, there's a short climb of a couple hundred feet to reach the junction with Briones Crest Trail. During wet weather, the trail can get pockmarked and roughed up from cattle tracks. Watch for cow patties.
