Description

A dirt road on the top of the ridge that includes gentle climbs for very short distances. Usually there are deer here and sometimes rattlesnakes and turkeys. The road ends at the Stegner Bench, named after the famous author, where it intersects the Long Ridge Trail and the non-accessible Portola Heights Road.
