Description

The trail starts from Road 8557 (Gold Creek) and winds up the side of the mountain up to Hwy 1 across the Ouachita National Recreation Trail - Segment 02. There is a steep climb up to the highway and a fast descent back down to the road. Deer can be seen from the trail. The trail is rocky in some spots but not bad overall.
