Description

A fun singletrack trail connecting Boccardo Loop Trail and Calaveras Fault Trail for a complete loop on the Sierra Vista park.

The first section is a climb from the Boccardo Loop Trail to the intersection with the Kestrel Trail. From Kestrel, you continue on to a stretch with rolling ups and downs. Watch this section as there will be some exposure to a steep cliff drop off on your right side.

You'll reach a bench viewpoint just before the trail begins its descent through a couple tight switchbacks before it opens up a bit to complete the descent at the intersection with Calaveras Fault Trail. You can either turn around and climb back the way you came or follow Calaveras Fault to complete a loop back to Sierra Vista.
