Features -none-

Family Friendly Gentle slopes and multiple trail routes make for great riding for learners.

Description

The Bear Creek Regional Trail runs from the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail at the eastern most side, though Bear Creek Park to the Section 16 Trail on the western most side.

The trail is mostly wide doubletrack that is well maintained, and is also used by hikers and dog-walkers. It winds through the park so be mindful of speed and yield appropriately. Also pay attention to avoid marked alternative routes that do not allow bicycles.

After crossing 21st Street, the path become a little more steep, and is a great place for learning riders. Further west, the doubletrack narrows a bit until it reaches the Section 16 Trail area.
