Family Friendly There is a pond for fishing as well as a carousel for the kids, which can make for a fun outing in addition to the trail.

Closes at dusk.

Description

This trail has a decent amount of small to medium obstacles with a few water crossings with bridges. There are lots of small to large rocks and a good amount of roots.

There are some areas with jumps, but they are rather small and could stand to be groomed. Along the way, you'll come across a few tight areas where trees have fallen but were cut to allow through access.

Overall, this is not a bad trail for a quick workout. Watch for deer and groundhogs, there are quite a few that hang out close to the trail.

Just as a note, this is part of the greenbelt which does not allow Mountain biking in it Nov 16, 2016
I've spoken to Park Service and they informed me that MTB is allowed. I was told the only park to avoid was Clove Lakes. I've even rode past park police while riding. Nov 16, 2016

Two words. Awesome and Thanx. Awesome if you are local. 10 minutes and you are on the trail. Perfect workout so close to home. Thanx to all who takes care of it. This trail is more than enough for a beginner to intermediate. Feb 24, 2017
