Forest Woods Park is chock full of interconnecting, unnamed trails. This is a good way to link some of the trails to incorporate some fun hills and good flow.

Description

Forest Woods Park is a decent place for a quick workout. It is not maintained very well by the park service but users have cleared fallen trees. Recently. someone has built jumps, log jambs, etc.
