Description

This trail leads (in either direction) to the highest point in the park (1,528 feet). There are views of the Coast Range foothills to the north and west and a small bench. It has some short, steep sections that may be too difficult for beginner riders.

"Unfit Settlement" refers to a 19th century surveyor’s unflattering assessment of homesteading potential in the area.
